Ensure equipment quality

Selection of lubricating oil

For reducers with heavy loads, repeated starts, and poor operating environments, some lubricating oil additives can be selected to ensure that the gear oil still adheres to the gear surface during intermittent operation, forming a protective film to prevent direct contact between metals during heavy loads, low speeds, high torques, and startup. The additive contains sealing ring regulators and anti leakage agents, which keep the sealing ring soft and elastic, effectively reducing lubricating oil leakage.


Worm bearing damaged

When problems occur, even if the gearbox seal is excellent, it is often found that the gear oil inside the gearbox is emulsified, and the bearings are rusted, corroded, and damaged. This is because after the gearbox has been operating for a period of time, the temperature of the gear oil rises and then cools down, resulting in a mixture of condensed water and water.
